Common Questions About Kitchen Remodeling
Most full kitchen remodels run 6 to 10 weeks once permits are pulled. Layout changes or additions push that to 10–14 weeks. Your detailed plan in step 02 includes a realistic milestone calendar.
Yes. We do plenty of "refresh" projects that keep plumbing and gas in place — replacing cabinets, counters, backsplash, lighting, and flooring without moving walls. This typically runs 5–7 weeks at a lower price point.
Always. Massachusetts requires a permit for most kitchen work involving plumbing, gas, or electrical. As CSL-121587 license-holders, we pull every required permit and coordinate with the local building department on your behalf.
We can set up a temporary cooking area in another room, often using a microwave, hot plate, and small fridge. We schedule the demolition and rough-in phases to minimize the no-kitchen window — usually 3–5 weeks.
