It depends on your lot and the addition's footprint. We pull setback and zoning data on the feasibility visit and tell you upfront whether you'll need a Zoning Board variance — most additions in Stoneham, Woburn, Reading, and similar towns don't need one if you stay within existing setbacks.

Yes. We match clapboard, vinyl, cedar shake, and brick. For older homes with discontinued siding, we either match by color/profile or we re-side the affected wall plane to maintain visual continuity.

Single-room additions in our market run $80K–$180K. Second-story additions run $180K–$320K. Master suite additions with bath run $150K–$280K. Sunrooms run $90K–$160K. Your detailed proposal in step 02 has a fixed price, not a range.
